A turnkey project involving the engineering, procurement, finance and construction of a tourist resort complex.
The recreation facilities included a six-lane bowling alley with an adjacent fast food restaurant and a games arcade.

1994-1996

LAS SALINAS II (Enfeh - Lebanon)
Client satisfaction with the first phase of Las Salinas led to the extension of the Las Salinas project, which was also completely procured, engineered and constructed by the group.
The 150 new chalets averaged 80m2 in size and each contained fully equipped kitchens and furnished bedrooms.

Conducting the development of engineering execution drawings for an 80,000m2 construction project.

Site co-ordination and supervision was carried out by a resident team of 14 engineers

1994-1996 		TLEMCEN & TIARET (Algeria)
A 120-bedroom hotel including all landscaping and recreational facilities, and incorporating a commercial center.
Total area: 20,000m2

Other hotels that were engineered and coordinated by Nassar Trading & Contracting in Algeria are:
